FOR PARENTS

Striking a balance between discipline and enjoyment is essential in soccer, recognizing that each player has their own motivations. For some, the excitement of victory ignites their enthusiasm; for others, it’s the camaraderie with teammates that matters most. Nevertheless, enjoyment is fundamental for everyone involved. Alarmingly, 70% of children discontinue playing soccer by the age of 14, not because of the pressures of high school, but because they no longer find the experience enjoyable.
At Cupertino, our strategy has resulted in over 90% player retention from season to season—significantly surpassing the rates of other clubs. We cultivate a supportive atmosphere where players and coaches can establish meaningful relationships.
Our coaches are valued members of the Cupertino community, benefiting from comprehensive support and constructive feedback to enhance their performance. We conduct monthly meetings for coaches and team managers to discuss concerns, share feedback, and exchange insights.
